I began my real estate career in 1987 after graduating from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in real estate and finance. I worked for 4 years at Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company in Los Angeles as a Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Manager interacting with many other departments within the loan servicing division.
I have owned real estate since 1980 when I was newly graduated from high school. I have owned multiple properties over the years and continue to own multiple rental properties.
